Come to the Dordogne and enjoy a gastronomic weekend while tasting the black diamond.

Programme of Friday
Night :

- Arrival in the evening in Gabillou.
- Installation in your cottage or mobile home.
- Welcome aperitif and gourmet dinner at our table d’hôtes, "all truffle" meal.

Programme of Saturday
Morning :

- Breakfast in our host table
- Free morning (you have the possibility to visit the markets with truffles and fat from Périgueux or Sarlat).

Noon :
- Free lunch

- Visit of a truffle farm: Jean-Paul, truffle farmer and beekeeper, and his dog Truffette will welcome you in the truffle farm for a commented visit; tree essences, cavage of the truffle by the dog or the pig, as well as the fly research according to the season. You can discover the secrets of the Périgord Black Truffle, the Tuber Mélanosporum as well as the summer truffle, the Tuber Aestivum.
Tastings of seasonal regional products.
- Culinary workshop around truffles.

Soir :
- Gastronomic dinner at our table d’hôtes repas "all truffles and foie gras".

Sunday Program

- Breakfast at our table d’hôtes
- Visit a farm, goose or duck breeding, as well as its cannery.
You will have the opportunity to buy products from a farm.

You will recharge your batteries in the authentic setting of our farm of Vergnes with all our animals by discovering the truffle in all its forms: gastronomic meal all truffle, culinary workshop, visit of truffle farm, search for truffles with the dog, the pig or the fly.
