Day1 :
Arrival and check-in in a 3-star Hotel. Dinner in Sarlat.

Day 2 :
10:00 : Monbazillac castle guided tour (16th century)
12:30 : Lunch
15:00 : Bergerac, guided tour of the historic old town
17:30 : Maxange caves. Guided tour to discover an exceptional profusion of rare crystal formation « excentriques” – absolutely remarkable!
Dinner and overnight in Sarlat

Day 3 :
9:30 : Roque Saint Christophe, guided tour of the largest troglodyte Village in Europe, dug into the cliff face of the Vézère Valley, known as the « vallée de l’homme ».
11:00: Losse castle : a medieval fortress dominating the Vézère valley.
12:30 : Lunch
14:30 : Lascaux IV. Dinner and overnight in Sarlat

Day 4 :
9:00 : Medieval city of Sarlat - guided tour
free time to visit the famous market (Weds and Sat)
12:00 : Lunch
15:00 : Domme. Guided tour on board the little train de Domme Express. The royal Bastide of Domme, founded in 1281, has one of the richest heritages of the area.
17:00 : Leave for Roque Gageac
17:30 : River cruise aboard a scow along the Dordogne river. Dinner and overnight in Sarlat

Day 5 :
8:30 : Leave hotel
10:00 : Padirac caves :Right at the heart of the Dordogne valley, Padirac is France’s first subterranean Natural Heritage site.
12:00 : Lunch
15:00 : Rocamadour: guided tour : on foot of the 2nd most visited site in France. Discover the Parvis des Sanctuaires on the Way of the Cross and arrive in the village by the Grand Staircase.

Day 6 :
10:00 : Castelnaud castle (12-16th century) Guided tour of this Historic Monument (listed in 1966) dominating the Dordogne valley.
12:00 : Lunch at a truffle producers. Dinner and overnight in Sarlat.
