From the forges at Savignac Lédrier on a guided Tour along the Auvézère River you will discover the last charcoal forge in France.
After lunch you will visit the Ecomuseum de la Papeterie de Vaux, an ancient forge transformed into a straw paper mill in 1861, located on a natural picturesque site where the water wheels continue to turn on the Belles Dames stream, a tributary of the Auvézère River.
