The programme :
9:45 : guided tour of the Neuvic Fish farm. Discover the techniques of sturgeon breeding, intended for Aquitaine caviar production. Visitors discover the methods of egg extraction and caviar production.
The tour ends with a tasting of Neuvic caviar.
Lunch at “Le Duellas” or "L’Artenset" restaurant.
14:30 : Boat trip to Moulin de Duellas.
A 90minute boat trip along the river, with commentary, and a pass through the only manual lock in Perigord.
16:15 : Visit Duellas farm.
Located 200m from Duellas mill, this organic farm has been growing some 13 different cereals for over 20 years. Discover the sunflower and rapeseed oils and taste the sunflower seeds shelled on the farm.
